What happens at Usui Reiki 3?
The third degree Usui Reiki widens again your possibilities to work with Reiki with different new tools. You'll be initiated in three powerful symbols: the Dai Komio, the original Reiki master symbol (also called the US-Symbol) and the Raku.

The Dai Komio is a ancient symbol for enlightenment in Zen-Buddhism and should be regularly used during your meditation. It connects you to the source of exhaustible energy and power ... it is the way of initiaion that enables you to feel deeply connected with yourself and the universe. 

The US-Symbol is the original Dai Komio ...  it is more feminine and dynamic than Usui's delivered Japanese Kanji-writing so that many Reiki teachers all over the world use only this sysmbol. It is called “US-symbol” because the American Reiki teacher Diane Stein made it known to the public in her book "Reiki essence".

The third and last symbol for the third degree Usui Reiki has the name Raku and is only used during initiations to resolve the aura of the teacher from his student's aura at the end of the initiation process.
